Willow brings over a decade of industry expertise, executive financial leadership, and a unique blend of analytical and creative strategy to her role as Operations Manager. In addition to ensuring the firm runs seamlessly and supporting its growth, she also serves as Chief Financial Officer for two other businesses, directing comprehensive corporate finance, accounting, and treasury operations.

She holds a Master of Science in Finance and Economics (MSFE) from West

Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from California State University, Chico. This unique background gives her a sharp eye for financial strategy alongside a strong creative approach to problem-solving.

Willow is actively and passionately involved in numerous civic, political, and philanthropic organizations. Her leadership roles include serving on the Butte County Grand Jury, acting as Treasurer for the Chico Chapter of the DAR, and lending her financial background to local political campaigns.

Beyond her formal board and campaign work, Willow is deeply dedicated to hands-on community service. She volunteers with the Butte Humane Society, founded a local Girl Scout troop, and bakes monthly meals for Lasagna Love. Furthermore, she is the founder and owner of Propagate, a local graphic design and marketing nonprofit, and has built a portfolio of work for regional public institutions and community organizations, including the Butte County Office of Education, California State University, Chico, Colusa County, Chico Area Recreation and Park District, and the California FFA Association.
